PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of facilitating attaching/detaching a collet to a chuck nut, and applicable to high speed rotations. SOLUTION: A flank for guiding a flange 6 of the collet 2 into a locking groove 9 are formed at two spots symmetrical with respect to an axis core on an inner peripheral surface of the chuck nut 7. On the inner peripheral surface, an inserting direction of the collet 2 is set on a virtual elliptic cross section obliquely intersecting the locking groove 9 including the flank, and a collet insertion port 10 for guiding and inserting the flange 6 into the locking groove 9 in such a way as to incline between two flanks.
