PURPOSE: A vector control apparatus is provided to prevent velocity variation due to load and torque reduction due to flux reduction during low velocity range, allow sensorless vector control over the whole velocity range, and operate a system stably at any circumstance. CONSTITUTION: A vector control apparatus comprises a d-axis voltage instructor(100) for generating a q-axis voltage with a motion velocity, a current instruction value of a flux component and an actual current, a q-axis voltage instructor(200) for generating a d-axis voltage to control a q-axis current, a d-axis current instructor(201) for supplying a flux current to the q-axis voltage instructor(200) to uniformly control flux, and a voltage converter(300) for converting the d-axis voltage to a 3 phase-voltage to supply to a motor. The d-axis current controller(201) includes a low pass filter for eliminating unwanted portion from the d-axis current, and a second multiplier for multiplying the output of the filter with a rotator resistance to produce a voltage. The vector control apparatus further comprises a velocity controller for generating the motion velocity. |
