PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toe box and a shoe with the toe box which can be manufactured on the same process and in the same design as those of the safety shoe, (non-safety shoes), and which can simplify the manufacturing process as well as reduce a manufacturing cost, and improve properties of a foot touching, a wearing feeling, durability of shoes, and external appearance of shoes, etc. SOLUTION: The toe box which is attached to a front section of the shoe and shaped in one piece with plastic material, comprises a top surface portion 11 covering over toes, a front edge portion 12 arranged in one piece and curved down smoothly from the top surface portion 11, side surface portions 13 covering the both sides of toe section and curved down smoothly from the top surface portion 11, and a skirt portion 14 that is a portion folded inside along the circumferential downside.
