PURPOSE: A method for retreating the powdered pigment and its apparatus are provided, to recycle the waste powdered pigment generated in the preparation of a powdered pigment and to use it as ascon. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of separating the impurities of waste powdered pigment produced in the preparation of powdered pigment; delivering the separated waste powdered pigment into a storage silo; and extracting the waste powdered pigment under the storage silo and mixing it with the heated asphalt and aggregate. The ratio of asphalt to the waste powdered pigment is 90:10 to 70:30 by weight, and more preferably 86:14 to 82:18 by weight. |
