The present invention concerns a savoury snack product with two layers of a whipped and baked savoury sponge and a filling in between, wherein said sponge has an aw value comprised between 0.60 and 0.85, a pH value comprised between 3.5 and 5.5 and an overrun comprised between 30 and 170 % and the filling is a water-in-oil emulsion and has an aw value comprised between 0.60 and 0.85, a pH comprised between 3.5 and 5.5 and an overrun below 150 %. |
