PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor and a method for processing image and a computer readable information storage medium, by which a natural expression can be provided, further, the burden of processing is light and required storage capacity can be reduced. SOLUTION: A frequency analyzing part 22 detects a sound pressure level for each of frequency bands of input audio. On the basis of each of the detected sound pressure levels, a mouth form parameter converting part 24 sets a mouth form parameter required for specifying the position of an upper lip, the position of a lower lip and the lateral positions of mouth corners. On the basis of the mouth form parameter, a coordinate correcting part 28 corrects the apex coordinates of each of polygons comprising the three-dimensional object of the head. Thus, the motion of the mouth having various forms corresponding to the contents of input audio can be reproduced.
