摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly execute charge control even if conditions of specifications of an adaptor for an external charging power source and the like used as a DC power source, do not match charging conditions of a secondary battery, or even if a radio communicating unit is mounted for a transmitting operation and the like. SOLUTION: A charging control circuit, which connects in series a constant-current charging control system containing a constant current FET 3 and a constant-voltage charging control system containing a constant voltage FET 4, is mounted on a feeding path for charging power from an adaptor 1 for an external charging power source to a secondary battery 2. Operations of the charger is controlled appropriately by switching the constant-current charging control system and the constant-voltage charging control system a CPU 200 in accordance with the battery type and charging conditions of the secondary battery 2, and operational conditions of the radio communicating unit 32. Then, a charging current and a charging voltage are respectively detected by a current-detecting unit 5 and a voltage-detecting unit 6 with a predetermined timing, depending on charging conditions and transmitting conditions, and a reference-voltage output units 7, 8 for setting a reference voltage of a feedback loop of each charging control system are controlled to adjust the charging current and the charging voltage.
