PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge/discharge protection circuit for a secondary battery, capable of improving the detection accuracy of a charging/discharging current. SOLUTION: The charge/discharge protection circuit is provided with a constant voltage circuit on the line of the control signal which makes a switch element turn on. Thereby, the control signal voltage is kept substantially constant in the voltage range where a secondary battery operates.
