PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for utilizing low temperature exhaust heat from a combination electrothermal system. SOLUTION: In the system for utilizing exhaust heat from a combination electrothermal system, low temperature exhaust heat is reheated by solar heat through a solar heat exchanger in order to widen the application. Reheated exhaust heat is used as a regenerative heat source of an open cycle adsorption dehumidification cooler so that the performance of the dehumidification cooler can be exhibited sufficiently and cold heat of low temperature exhaust heat can be utilized thus utilizing exhaust heat effectively.
