A maximum updating part 28, based on a comparison result in a comparing part 27, updates a stored value in a maximum value storing part 29 with a larger one of past and present maximum throttle opening change rates DθTH. A plurality of times of points read from a point calculating part 30 based on the maximum throttle opening change rates DθTH are summed, and then inputted to a correction value calculating part 33. When the summed value of the points is a predetermined value or more, an acceleration correction amount calculated by the correction value calculating part 33 based on the maximum value of the throttle opening change rates is supplied to a fuel injection time calculating part 34, and a fuel injection time Ti including the acceleration correction amount is calculated.
