PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient electromagnetic converter by facilitating coil winding, and reducing the volume of a coil, while using a bobbin, and enabling the use of an integrated structure of stator. SOLUTION: This electromagnetic converter is equipped with a means for generating magnetic flux, a coil, a yoke for letting a magnetic flux flow, and a bobbin on which the above coil is wound and which is arranged around the yoke, and the bobbin is constituted of a high permeability material. Hereby, when the bobbin is inserted into a magnetic core, the bobbin can be utilized as a part of a magnetic core, and the magnetic core can reduce the sectional area by the amount of the magnetic flux flowing in the bobbin. Therefore, in the case of winding a coil of the same number of windings, the length of a magnetic circuit at large can be shortened, and reduction in iron loss and the improvement in the efficiency of the electromagnetic converter can be realized. Accordingly, a small-sized and highly efficient electromagnetic converter and an electronic apparatus using it can be provided.
