PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly and stably control temperature of hot water flowing in a combination water passage 4. SOLUTION: This electric hot/cold water mixing valve to supply hot water at a specified temperature to the combination water passage 4 is provided with a flow detecting tube body 10 provided with a flow sensor 13 to detect and output flow of hot water flowing in a passage 11, and a temperature detecting tube body 20 provided with a thermistor 22 to detect and output temperature of hot water flowing in a passage 21. The combination water passage 4 in a valve main body, the passage 11 in the flow detecting tube body 10, and the passage 21 in the temperature detecting tube body 20 are disposed along a straight line, and the flow detecting tube body 10 is disposed between the valve main body 1 and the temperature detecting tube body 20.
