PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas-liquid separator for separation of liquids such as steam, condensate and condensed water mixed in compressed air or various kinds of gases by centrifugal force caused by swiring flow in a casing. SOLUTION: In a gas-liquid separator, where a rotary blade 12 is arranged in an annular space 11 formed of a casing and exhaust gas pipe, the upper side of the annular space is connected to the inlet 4, the upper side is connected to the exit 5 through an inside hole of the exhaust gas pipe 10, a swiring chamber 14 is formed downward of the annular space and a liquid storing chamber 15 downward of it, and the bottom end of the liquid storing chamber is connected to a liquid discharging port 8, a barrier member 17 is arranged between the swiring chamber and the condensed liquid chamber, and an opening 19 for liquid flow is formed between the outer circumferential edge of the barrier member and the inner peripheral wall of casing, an elastic material 23 is provided for energizing the barrier member upward, and the position of the barrier member is variable up and down according to flow rate of the fluid.
