PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat having an air conditioning function that is capable of giving comfortable seating for the passengers by sufficiently ventilating air conditioned air to the seat surface. SOLUTION: An air duct 3 is connected with the seat 4, 5 and the air chambers 10, 11, which send air conditioned air that is sent from the air conditioning device through the air duct 3 through the whole seats 4, 5, are formed inside the seats 4, 5. Further, the seats 4, 5 are formed with a second ventilating section 11, that is connected with the air chambers 10, 11 on the surface layer side, and a first ventilating section 12 that is connected with the second ventilating section 11 and has an opening on the surface of the seats 4, 5. The diameter of the opening of the first ventilating section 12 is made smaller than that of the opening of the second ventilating section 11. In this case, the air conditioned air which is sent from the air duct 3 to the air chambers 10, 11 is introduced from the second ventilating section 11 through the first ventilating section 12 to the seating face side of the seats 4, 5.
