PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a men's underwear for the lower body effective for reducing a stuffy feeling and the friction of a groin with a genital organ and improving the cleanliness, and suitable for a person having a sensible skin or an aged person by improving the structure of conventional underwear covering the genital organ, the groin and the anus in the same space. SOLUTION: A hole for genital organ is opened on the front side of an underwear. The genital organ is put out through the hole and the major part of the public hair, the groin and the anus part are separated in a separate space to decrease the troubles generated between these two groups.
