PURPOSE: A cellular phone having a function of rejecting receiving calls while driving is provided to mount a button for directly connecting to a receiving mode while driving on an outer side, to intercept a receiving sound with one-time operation, so that a caller can listen to an announcement of a driving state, as well as directly transmitting a voice of the caller through a cellular phone speaker in an emergency by adding an emergency call menu. CONSTITUTION: A driving mode selection/cancel switch(20) selects or cancels a driving mode with one-time operation. A receiving bell(60) rings a bell when receiving a wireless signal. A receiving bell interceptor(50) intercepts an operation of the receiving bell(60). A speaker(70) transmits a voice of a caller. A memory(80) stores various announcements and voice messages of callers. If the caller calls in a state of the driving mode being selected, a controller(40) intercepts the receiving bell(60) through the receiving bell interceptor(50), and makes the caller listen to an announcement of a driving state.
