Provided is an adhesive composition which includes: 100 parts by weight of (meth)acrylic resin (A) of which the content of a composition unit derived from a hydroxyl group-including (meth)acrylic monomer is less than or equal to 3.5 wt% and glass transition temperature is less than or equal to -25C; 0.3-1 part by weight of an aromatic isocyanate-based cross-linking agent (B); and at least one compound (C) selected from an organic acid salt (C-1) and a compound (C-2) including an alkyleneoxy group, wherein the content of the organic acid salt (C-1) is 0.0001-5 parts by weight, whereas the content of the alkyleneoxy group-containing compound (C-2) is 0.1-5. Also, provided are an adhesive layer including the same, and an optical member including the adhesive layer.
