PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prophylactic and/or therapeutic agent of Parkinson's disease, containing an L-dopa derivative capable of exhibiting therapeutic effects by a smaller dose. SOLUTION: This prophylactic and/or therapeutic agent of the Parkinson's disease contains a compound represented by formula (I) (wherein, R1 is H or a 1-16C linear or branched alkyl group; R2 and R3 are each independently H, a 1-16C acyl; with the proviso that R1, R2 and R3 are not simultaneously hydrogen atoms), or a physiologically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient.
