PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent electric waves from transmitting and make the use of cellular phones impossible by bonding films and screens containing titanium oxide and silicon powder which are mixed in a manufacturing process to glass of old carriages or using glass containing titanium oxide and silicon powder which are mixed in a glassmaking process for new carriages. SOLUTION: The glass of old carriages is bonded with films and screens, which are manufactured by mixing with titanium oxide and silicon powders, for checking the use of cellular phones. The glass of new carriages is manufactured by mixing the powders, for preventing electric waves and making the use of cellular phones impossible.
