PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for threatening and driving away birds and beasts in agricultural, forestry, fishing or general living by smoke, smell, roar or the like, using a method where toy fireworks are ignited sequentially by employing a slow burning ignition body as a kindling to escape damages caused by the birds and beasts, and to provide a manufacturing method of the same. SOLUTION: A penetrating pipe assembly (1) is penetrated through the ignition body (3), and a train of powder (5a) is passed through the tip end (2a) of a pipe; then the penetrating pipe assembly (1) is withdrawn, whereby a firework is fixed to the ignition body (3). The fireworks assembly is manufactured by this method and is used under the condition that the assembly being received in an exclusive receiving vessel.
