PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device of a high reliability wherein a generation of electric field concentration or generation of creeping discharge caused by shapes are suppressed and damages by discharges are greatly reduced and a breakdown of image forming device is prevented, even in the case discharges are generated in the image forming device using an electronic source. SOLUTION: In an image display region between an image display region 101 and an electroconductive member 102, the first high-resistance film 104 of resistance value R1 in an image displaying region side 1, and the second high-resistance film 105 of R2 is formed in the electroconductive member side, and R1<<R2 as illustrated.
