PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact monitoring node device wherein simplification of the device and reduction of cost are achieved by using a communication port for connecting a contact monitoring device in common with a communication port for connecting a local control terminal. SOLUTION: A contact monitoring device 30 for monitoring contact information of peripheral devices from 60-1 to 60-n is connected via a communication port 10a. In a contact monitoring node device 10, contact information of the peripheral devices from 60-1 to 60-n is collected via the communication port 10a by using the contact monitoring device 30. A local control terminal 50 is constituted so as to be able to connect with the communication port 10a of the contact monitoring node device 10, instead of the contact monitoring device 30.
