PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize the navigational system, high in precision and reliability, using the plural kinds of navigational equipment. SOLUTION: In an integrated navigator 120, the reliability of each navigational datum is judged by successively comparing and collating the navigational data measured by an inertial reference system 101 to a magnetic goniometer 110 judged normal with a three-dimensional coordinate system stored previously to a map database 140, and the navigational data required out of the whole navigational data measured by the inertial reference system 101 to the magnetic goniometer 110 judged normal are determined.
