PURPOSE: Shoes formed with grooves on bottom surface of an outsole is provided to improve the convenience of walking by making the outsole of the shoes flexible. CONSTITUTION: The outsole(1) of shoes is formed with a groove(2') on a surface directly contacting with the ground. The groove is located at a middle portion(6) of the outsole between a front portion(2) and a rear portion(3) thereof, and consequently the thin middle portion serves to perform the role of a lever. Therefore, the outsole is able to be freely bent on the basis of the thin middle portion formed with grooves. The shape of the groove is freely selected among various shapes, and a soft flexible ribber silicone member is able to be separably inserted into the groove.
