PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pack holder capable of preventing a handle from protruding outside a holding body. SOLUTION: The pack holder has the holding body 2 whereinto a pack 1 housing a liquid is inserted for holding and a locking body 4 located in an upper part and engaged with a triangular pyramid-shaped recessed part 3 in the upper part of the pack 1 in such a manner as to be freely engaged/ disengaged. The handle 5 is mounted outside the holding body 2 and composed of a pair of horizontally rotatable left and right pieces 18 and 19 for the purpose of being made flatly foldable on the surface side of the holding body 2.
