PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a disconnection of a terminal part of a mesh heater device provided on a steering device. SOLUTION: A ring-like rim part of a steering wheel body is covered with a heater device 21 and is further covered with a skin 22. The heater device 21 is provided with a heater body part 25 formed by weaving a heater wire 28 to a mesh shape. A terminal plate 29 of metal plate is connected to both longitudinal ends of the heater body part 25. A connection part of the heater wire 28 and the terminal plate 29 is covered with a protection cover part 35 of a non-woven fabric. A stress applied to an end part of the heater wire 28 at the time of an assembling work to the rim part is relaxed and a disconnection can be prevented.
