PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof underlayment material heat insulation sheet having a light, strong and waterproof roof underlayment material excellent in heat insulating efficiency and including moisture permeability by request. SOLUTION: The heat insulation sheet for a roof underlayment material is so constituted that an aluminum foil is laminated at least on one side of woven fabric formed by weaving a polyolefin stretched yarn through an adhesive bond and that fine holes having a degree of moisture transmission of 500 to 20,000 g/m2.day are bored.
