PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a flow of pressure air in a powder transport line in a power storage tank through a metering chamber through which powder is discharged and which is brought into an empty state, in a powder feeding device to continuously and quantitatively feed the powder in an air transport line by utilizing a rotary table having a plurality of metering chambers. SOLUTION: Pressure air of air transport line is caused to flow to a part where a discharge port is opened to the air transport line and which is provided with an ejector to suck the discharged powder.
