PURPOSE: An education contents transaction method using the Internet network is provided to selectively receive the contents wanted by a client and to easily sell the individually produced education contents by constructing an education contents transaction between the education requiring companies. CONSTITUTION: An education contents providing client(100) connects to an education contents transaction server(106) through an Internet network(104). When the education contents information such as a contents name, a lecturer, an education content, an education time, a contents selling method and so on is inputted from the education contents providing server, the inputted information is registered to the education contents transaction server. The education contents transaction server forms a transaction between the education contents requesting client(102) and the education contents providing client. In case of requesting an education contents order from a client, the education contents transaction server retrieves the education contents providing client possessing the requested contents and informs the corresponding client of the contents order request through an e-mail.
