PURPOSE: A cooling system of a PC is provided to operate a cooling system by using the power of a PC and to have a PC turned on/off with the cooling system. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a water tank having a circulating pump(18), a radiator to emit heat of a CPU via a fan(32), a power supply unit connected with a PC via a connector to receive 5V DC power from a main board of the PC, a microcomputer(46) to control the power supply unit by receiving power from the power supply unit, a motor(58) connected to a rotating central shaft of the radiator fan, and a motor driving unit(56) to receive a control signal from the microcomputer and to output driving data for increasing and decreasing the rotational speed of the motor. The power supply unit obtains DC 5V by connecting the connector to a USB(Universal Serial Bus) port of the PC.
