PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the inside of an agitator drum of a concrete agitating truck and the inside of a concrete mixer for a batch plant washed without using water, and eliminate producing of waste using equipment and a method capable of recycling the waste produced by a cleaning agent other than water. SOLUTION: This washing device 1 for the concrete mixer is provided with the agitator drum 2 of the concrete agitating truck 6, an aggregate 3 for washing the inside of the agitator drum 2 of the agitating truck 6, a feeder for feeding the aggregate into the inside of the agitator drum, and a control means 5 for controlling a feed input of the aggregate. This waste recycling equipment has a classifier for classifying an aggregate 20 after the washing, a vibrator for oscillating the classifier, and an aggregate-after-the-wash feeding part for feeding the aggregate after the washing to the classifier.
