PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a fixing operating property of a child seat by preventing crossing of a s seat belt with a striker. SOLUTION: A belt member 9 as an elastic member to energize a position on which each of webbings 64, 65 drawn out on a seat cushion 1 is arranged wound to a normal arranging and winding position is provided on a lower surface of a seat back 2, when each of the webbings 64, 65 is pulled in a direction to cross with an engaging part 84a of the striker 84 at the time of installing the seat belt, it is allowed, but when the seat belt is removed, each of the webbings 64, 65 is returned to the normal arranging and winding position by elastic restoring force of the belt member 9, and engagement of a latch part of the child seat with the striker 84 is not disturbed.
