SUBSTANCE: in manufacture of fireproof wood particle boards amidophosphate is used as fire-retardant by application of its aqueous solution (10 to 30 percent) on wood particles on a dry substance. The dried wood particles are mixed with carbamideformaldehyde resin preliminarily added to which is formaldehyde in the form of formalin (5 to 15% of absolutely dry amidophosphate) for fixation of liberated ammonia. For acceleration of hardening formic acid is additionally introduced in resin of the middle layer (0.1 to 0.5% on dry resin). Manufacture of the board corresponds to the requirements of St. Stud 10632-89, has a formaldehyde E-1 emission class and is a low-flammable material.
