SUBSTANCE: proposed device has frame, movable carriage, rod with cleaning tool secured to this carriage; cleaning tool is provided with primary flat drill and knives with cutters; device is also provided with drive for imparting reciprocating motion to cleaning tools. Primary flat drill is unsymmetrical and its cutting edges are shifted by half pitch of pipe feed. Located between spring-loaded adjustable knives with cutters are flat spring and steel brushes for final cleaning of pipe surface.
