PURPOSE: To solve such a problem that the application for registration of membership by corporations to receive service has not been able to be done online. CONSTITUTION: The method for registering member is provided with a function which issues a group ID which can be used immediately by a temporary registration of the group information for a representative to apply for the service, a judging function to judge the group by using the group information, or a function which cooperates with a judging agency, and a preparation function such as a users registration processed for the representative to receive the service while the judgment is processed. Thus, the member registration for the corporations can be processed online, the usefulness is enhanced, and the service providing side can get members easily.
