PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for moving a movable unit on a base fixed to a floor extremely accurately at a limited cost and also for stopping all movements caused by the movement of the movable unit when the movement ends. SOLUTION: When a force (F) is determined and applied to the movable unit, combination effect is generated and then while the movable unit is accurately moved on the base as scheduled as to, specially, a specific moving means and a distance, elements (MA1, MA2, MA3 and MA4) moved by this movement are all stopped at the end of the movement of the movable unit (4). Then this force (F) is applied to the movable unit.
