PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system which divides a fixed area into a plurality of cells to render a radio communication with fixed subscriber stations, and can prevent interference between base stations and between the subscriber stations. SOLUTION: A base station is installed at an end in each cell, and each cell is divided into a plurality of sectors, the neighboring sector uses different frequencies, and antennas are installed so as not to oppose each other between the base stations, thereby preventing interference between the base stations and between subscriber stations.
