PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel assay based screening method. SOLUTION: With regard to an unstable enzyme measurement of activity thereof is difficult, an antibody reacting only on that enzyme is selected and refined in one stage from a rough extraction liquid without damaging the enzyme activity and then fixed onto a plate before being provided as a high rate screening system.
