PURPOSE: Provided is a none effluent treatment system for nondegradable waste water using semiconductor electrode and pulse charge method. The system utilizes corrosion resistant semiconductor electrode and high voltage pulse power source prolonging electrode life and shortening the degradation time of waste water. The system is also compact because it uses one power source, making the system efficient for its relative small size. The system eliminates nondegradable toxic materials from waste water and treats the dye waste water, recycling the waste water effectively. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises: a reductive electrode in an electrolysis reactor which has the formula of TiC-M-S, where Ti is TiO2 or Ti, C is graphite or carbon, M is metals such as Ag and Ni, S is FeS; an oxidative electrode in the electrolysis reactor with the formula BT-MO, where B is bismuth, T is titanium dioxide, MO is metal oxides such as indium oxide, silver oxide, tungsten trioxide or ferric oxide; and the pulse power source of ±10-±15KV(0.5-5A) connected to the split resistance to split the power source effectively.
