PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire resistive partition wall which sufficiently ensures visibility in normal times, and exhibits a fire spread preventing function in case of a fire, and to provide a fire compartment using the fire resistive partition wall. SOLUTION: The fire resistive partition wall 20 is constructed by arranging a plurality of small fire resistive partition walls 21 in an openable manner. The fire resistive partition wall 10 thus constructed is employed as a part of a wall 11 of the fire compartment which partitions fire escape stairs 10, for instance.
