COMPOSITION CONTAINING PARTIALLY ESTERFIED EPOXY RESIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new partially esterified epoxy resin-containing composi tion which can simply be prepared in a mild condition, can stably be stored for a long period under room temperature and can be polymerized with any of heat and active energy light such as ultraviolet light. SOLUTION: This partially esterified epoxy resin-containing composition is characterized by comprising an organic sulfonic acid compound and a partially esterifies epoxy resin obtained by reacting a multi-functional epoxy resin having at least two epoxy groups in the molecule with (meth)acrylic acid in an amount of 10 to 90 equivalent % per equivalent of the epoxy groups in the multi-functional epoxy resin in the presence of a tri-substituted organic phosphorous compound.
