ACTIVE MATRIX SUBSTRATE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD AND DISPLAY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active matrix substrate where a thin film transistor array is made on a plastic substrate. SOLUTION: This active matrix substrate is equipped with a plastic substrate 1, a plurality of scanning wires 2 which are made on the plastic substrate 1, a plurality of signal wires 5 which cross the scanning wires 2 through an insulating film, and a plurality of thin film transistors 10 which are made on the plastic substrate 1 and operate in answer to the scanning signal on the corresponding scanning wire 2, and a plurality of picture element electrodes 14 which are electrically connected with the signal wires 5 through the thin film transistor 10. The corresponding picture element electrode 14 and the thin film transistor 10 are connected with each other by conductive member 9, and the picture element electrode 14 and the conductive member 9 cross severally adjacent different scanning wires.
