PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling structure of electronic equipment, capable of radiating heat efficiently and cooling, without consuming extra electric power. SOLUTION: In a cooling unit 1 for electronic equipment, a part of thermal conductor 2 functions as a heat-receiving part 5 for receiving heat generated from a heating part of the electronic equipment. A thermoelectric conversion element 3 for converting thermal energy received by the heat-receiving part 5 into electrical energy, and a heat radiating part 4 vibrating with electrical energy as driving force generated from the thermoelectric conversion element 3 for releasing the heat received by the heat receiving part 5, are mounted on the thermal conductor 2. A plurality of fins 7 are mounted on a board 6 in the heat radiation part 4, and efficient heat radiation and cooling are carried out by making the fins 7 vibrated as the heat radiating part 4. |
