PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce intermittent coating defect accompanying improvement in the coating speed in an intermittent coating process of an electrode. SOLUTION: A rotary screen 10 of a cylinder form is equipped on a collector body 8, the rotary screen 10 consists of an opening 17 that forms a coating part 22 where an electrode mix 16 is applied, and a stencil part 18 corresponding to a not-coating part 23, to which the electrode mix 16 is not applied. By rotary screen 10, on the collector body 8, the electrode active-material layer, to which the electrode mix 16 is applied, and the intermittent portion, which is not applied with it, are formed.
