PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive plastic sheet for carrier tape loving especially improved tensile strength. SOLUTION: An aqueous conductive paint is painted on a surface of a base material sheet made of a thermoplastic resin, and the specific resistance of the surface of the painted surface ranges 1×104-1×1010Ω/(square). The thermoplastic resin is made of a styrene group resin, and the solvent constituting the aqueous conductive pain is a lower alcohol or the like, and carbon black is used as the conductive material.
