PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a usable water use terminal capable of greatly saving piping materials and executing labors and thawing frozen members in a single motion by means of a centralized operation, in a cold district. SOLUTION: The pipe from a water supply lead-in pipe is branched into a hot-water passage leading hot-water to a centralized temperature adjustment header 3 through a hot-water supplier A and water passage directly leading it to the header and mixing and adjusting the hot-water and cold-water and distributing it to a hot-water supply terminal and a water supply terminal to directly lead pipes to respective terminals. Further, heating wires coated with flame-retardancy resin are laid along the pipe wall to constitute a serial circuit against an electric source. In this way, the thawing operation can be carried out by turning on/off the electric source, using a synthetic resin pipe coated with a heat retaining material on the external side.
