发明名称 METHOD FOR PROCESSING BANK BUSINESS USING VOICE RECOGNITION
摘要 PURPOSE: A method for processing a bank business using a voice recognition is provided to decrease a time for processing a bank business and solve inconvenience thereof by inputting various words through a voice using a communication unit by an unspecified number of the general public for processing a wanted bank business. CONSTITUTION: A voice recognition server judges whether voice information of a client is inputted or not for processing a bank business(S1000). If voice information of a client is inputted, the voice recognition server judges whether the voice information is recognized or not(S2000). If the voice information is recognized, the voice recognition server judges whether voice information necessary for a bankbook account number of the client is inputted or not(S3000). If the voice information does not need in a bankbook account number, the voice recognition server processes a bank business in accordance with the voice information(S4000). The voice recognition server informs the bank business processing result to the client through a personal communication unit(S5000).
