FIELD EMISSION DISPLAY DEVICE USING CARBON NANO TUBE
摘要
PURPOSE: A field emission display device using a carbon nano tube is provided to improve an electron transfer effect by increasing a combination force between a carbon nano tube and a lower substrate. CONSTITUTION: A silicon oxide layer(4) is formed on a surface of a lower substrate(2). A multitude of circular hole is arranged on the lower substrate(2). A gold film(1) having a thickness of 0.1 to 1 micro meter is arranged on a bottom of the circular holes. A carbon nano tube(3) is formed on the gold film. An ITO(Indium Tin Oxide) layer(8) and a patterned fluorescent body(7) are laminated sequentially on a lower portion of an upper substrate(9). A gate(5) and a spacer(6) are installed between the lower substrate(2) and the upper substrate(9). The carbon nano tube is formed by a single layer nano tube or a multi-layer nano tube having a length of 0.05 to 1 micro meter and a diameter of 5 to 200nm.
