PURPOSE: A supporting seat for a waste incinerating boiler is provided to achieve the perfect combustion by spraying combustion air only to a surface of a combustion material layer, thereby thermally dissolving combustion material. CONSTITUTION: A seat body(1) is formed at one side thereof with an air injection hole(2). An air injection pipe(4) having an injection opening(5) at a center thereof is vertically installed in an air passage(3). A boiler body is mounted on the seat body(1). A blower is provided to blow combustion air into a surface of a combustion material layer through an air spraying hole(6). Accordingly, combustible waste material is burned from the surface of the combustion material layer to an interior thereof. Combustible waste material is thermally dissolved by radiation heat of combustion flame, so that the combustible waste material is completely burned. The combustion flame heats an inner peripheral portion of the boiler body, so water received in a water reservoir is heated and discharged through a gas exhausting passage.
