PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely run water in a pneumatic conduit on the inside of the conduit so as to flow out of the conduit through a drain hole. SOLUTION: This automatic draining orifice comprises orifices 26 and 42 having first and second parts formed on the inside of the inner passage 28 of the pneumatic conduit 22, and the draining is promoted by the orifices 26 and 42. The first part 30, 44 constitutes a diameter smaller than that of the inner passage 28, and the second part 32, 46 constitutes a gradually increasing diameter. Generally, the first end part of the second part 32, 46 has a diameter equal to that of the first part 30, 44, and the second end part of the second part 32, 46 has a diameter equal to that of the inner passage 28.
